New invest for e-mobility startup IO-Dynamics

(l.t.r.: Felix Kruse, Nabil Imran, Johann Olsen)

Flensburg, November 17, 2022 - The founders of IO-Dynamics can look forward to new investors. After the first seven-figure financing deal, Christopher Burghardt, former managing director of Chargepoint Europe, Niels Ellwanger and Roman Dudenhausen, CEOs of con|energy ag, as well as energy concept developer Prof. Dr. Mike de Saldanha are now jointly investing in the e-mobility startup.

Founded in 2018 by Johann Olsen, Felix Kruse and Nabil Imran, the Flensburg-based startup IO-Dynamics has developed software for energy and charging management for vehicle fleets and was already able to secure seven-figure funding in June. Now more investors from the energy and mobility industry are joining in.

One of them is impact entrepreneur, investor and consultant Christopher Burghardt, who was Managing Director of Chargepoint Europe for many years. He advises and invests in the fields of technology, mobility and renewable energies. “IO-Dynamics is in the right place at the right time with the right solution. I believe that fleet electrification is one of the biggest challenges to be overcome in the coming years. IO-Dynamics will make a significant contribution to this,” Burghardt explains his investment.

Among the investors are Niels Ellwanger and Roman Dudenhausen, who jointly manage con|energy ag, a service company for the energy industry. The AG has already invested in several startups from the energy and mobility sector.

In addition, the consultant and business angel Prof. Dr. Mike de Saldanha is participating. He supports the startup with his capital and his in-depth knowledge of energy concept development with innovative systems.

“Electric mobility has arrived, the need is huge, the challenges enormous. We are ready with a strong software solution. We are pleased that we have further partners and investors at our side with our project,” says IO-Dynamics CEO Johann Olsen.
